• What information do I need to provide in order to set up a client?

  We need a service authorization along with the client's demographics, including name, address, phone number, DOB, state ID, authorization start and end dates, the number of meals being approved, case worker information, waiver type and any other notes we will need regarding the client.

• What will the first delivery day be for my client once you receive paperwork?

  If we receive paperwork by 5 PM Thursday, the client will receive their first delivery the following week. Clients whose paperwork arrives after 5 PM on Thursday will be delivered the week after. Click here to provide us with the client’s zip code and retrieve the next available delivery date.

• How often and how many meals will you deliver to the client?

  Clients who are authorized for: 

  • 3 meals or less per week will be a monthly delivery
  • 4-7 meals per week will be delivered every other week
  • 8+ meals per week will be delivered on a weekly basis
     

• My client is approved for one meal per day. Can you send 7 per week instead of 14 every other week?

  We deliver 14 meals every other week for several reasons: 

  • Minimize the amount of packaging
  • Average refrigerators can easily store 14 meals (meals should be refrigerated)
  • Meals will last in the refrigerator for 14 days from delivery
