Dan Mandolfo joined Mom’s Meals in 2012 as Director of Call Center Operations. In 2014, he was promoted to Director of Client Services where, in addition to overseeing the Customer Care team, he also managed the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment Centers as well as Logistics and Home Delivery. In 2017, Dan was named Vice President of Operations where his team grew to include the Intake, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams.

In 2021, Dan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and currently leads all operations teams including those listed above as well as our Kitchen production teams.

Prior to beginning his career at Mom’s Meals, Dan spent 15 years in telecom where he served in leadership roles in consumer sales, service, and retention.
